As bad as I am with cooking but I love to bake…and bread is one of the things I have attempted countless times, never quite finding THE recipe that works for me.
BUT…I’ve finally found it!!! I have made this bread twice and I am absolutely in love with the flavour, the texture and above all, the simplicity and quickness with which it is made.
It is from the book “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” (available over at amazon.com and .de) and I cannot say enough good things about that method: It allows you to prepare enough bread dough for 2 weeks (storing it in the refrigerator) and you can bake fresh bread with that every day if you want to, taking up just 5 minutes of your time, no kneading, no nothing.
