With christmas right around the corner it’s high time for baking christmas cookies as is tradition here in Germany. And since my friend Dana who has just been promoted to Catering Manager of a whole kitchen crew at work (congrats again!!) was in charge things went ever so much more smoothly and efficiently than usual.
Between the four of us we produced several trays each of 7 different christmas cookies all within 4 hours! And had lots of fun in between as well. The only problem proved to be finding enough space to store the cooling cookies even with Dana’s husband generously offering up his desk.
The lonesome elk…or is it a reindeer? Reindeer cookie photography will be BIG…I can feel it.
